ASIC commissioner John Price said the commission wanted its policies to reflect the fact that investors are increasingly using internet and electronic data devices to receive important information.

ANZ is targeting $2 billion in new lending to support small business expansion and economic growth.
It announced this week that it would make the money available to small businesses over the next 12 months to support Australian enterprise and economic growth.
