Why financial advice?
It’s a fantastic industry to work in and has the ability to do so much for people over the long term.

How would you sum up advisers in three words?
Positive, caring and attentive.

How would you change the industry?
Lessen the need for paperwork and more technology to quicken the delivery of advice.

Best advice you’ve ever been given?
Look after your health above everything else.

What’s the most important thing an adviser can do to develop their business?
Maintain relationships and gradually introduce clients to new ideas that could help them or others close to them.

If you were Prime Minister for one day, what would you do?
Pass a law to give everybody more time to enjoy life.

What’s the biggest challenge facing the industry today?
Advisers who do the wrong thing and damage the reputation of the industry.
What has been the highlight of your career?
Working with a great group of clients, all with different needs.

AFL (Carlton).

What’s your favoured style of coffee?
Any coffee that my husband makes.
