The regulator announced it had cancelled the AFS licence of Dunfo Capital Pty Ltd for failing to comply with a number of key obligations as a licensee. In February of this year, ASIC suspended the company's licence for six months to provide it an opportunity to meet legal obligations and licence conditions. The regulator said the company has failed to demonstrate these requirements.
Dunfo Capital has the right to appeal the decision to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
