To add us to your Safe Senders list:
For Outlook 2010
- In the "Home" tab on Outlook, in the top left next to "New E-mail" click the down
arrow on "Junk".
- In the drop-down menu, click "Junk E-Mail Options" right down the bottom.
- Click the second tab in this window "Safe senders"
- On the right-hand side of this window, click the "Add" button to add "@kmnewsletters.com"
to the safe senders list.
- Click OK, then Apply, and then you can close the window.
For Outlook 2003
- On the "Tools" menu, click "Options"
- On the "Preferences" tab, click "Junk Email"
- On the "Safe Senders" tab, click "Add"
- In the "Add Address" field, enter "@kmnewsletters.com"
- Click "OK"
