Apogee Financial Planning was named ‘CoreData Advisory Group of the Year’ in 2012, marking the third time that the licensee has won this Award in the past five years.

The winner was established by a shadow shop that followed consumers through the entire customer experience when seeking financial advice.  The award was given to the licensee with the strongest ability to acquire prospective clients, based on the ratings of the consumers.

MLC/Garvan Financial Planning and AMP Financial Planning both received a Highly Commended accolade.

The shadow shop only included 16 of the industry’s major dealer groups and was spread across 319 separate mystery shopping events from August to November.

If they want this survey to have validity, why restrict the list of included licensees to 16? What was the basis of the selection of the 16?
